This book is extremely thorough. Very intimidating at first but has helped me tremendously with my class. Would highly recommend if taking a Business Law class, covers materials in depth as well as gives examples for of each law and terms for those of US who need to see or hear an example before actually undeerstanding what some things mean....

You can get the book at much cheaper price from elsewhere including book stores. Barnes and Nobles.com sells it only for $72.50. Check it out. do not buy from AMZN. They are cheaters.

This book is very useful for learning the basics of business law, especially as it applies to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). The authors of the text include many excerpts from real cases to help apply the fundamentals and see how they are executed in real life.
