Product Description OVERVIEW: 3 things to know about the focus of this exciting new text, Dynamic Business Law: •Emphasis on the BUSINESS in business law. Dynamic Business Law emphasizes the tie of legal issues back to the core business curriculum. This will help both students and faculty. Students need to understand how the concepts they learn in this course tie into their business careers. Instructors can easily show that the study of business law is best seen as a foundational component of the larger study of business administration. •Emphasis on TEACHING. We know that many of you teaching this course are practicing attorneys, have little prep time for this course, and often don't have a lot of resources at your disposal or teach the course as effectively as you might like. Dynamic Business Law is written with you in mind. It contains a very detailed and helpful instructor's manual, particularly for the many adjuncts teaching this course. And most importantly, the author team has won dozens of teaching awards, both state and national, and they are dedicated to help you get started using this book. •Emphasis on ETHICAL DECISION-MAKING. In chapter 2, the authors introduce a framework for making ethical business decisions that students can use on a regular basis. Following each case there are questions designed to train students to apply this approach. Then repeatedly throughout the chapters, questions about business ethics are raised in the text. This framework is designed to help improve the learning process of students and to give a sense of relevancy to the ethical decision making process.

Just in time! March 2, 2009 Sherbear (Salt Lake City, UT) My professor stated that having a textbook was optional for his class. Naturally, I did not want to spend over $200 for one single book that would likely not be used next semester. As the first exam was quickly approaching, I found it hard to study simply on my own. So I quickly got on Amazon.com and found this book for sale at nearly half of my University's bookstore price. I ordered the book and requested expedited shipping. I was so happy when I came home from school and the brand new book was on my doorstep 2 days later! The book is in excellent condition and I received it in plenty of time to ace my exam! Thank you!!!
Dynamic Business Law March 8, 2010 Jane P. Kwak (Oxford, Ohio) I rate this book highly. I'm currently using this as a textbook for an undergraduate Business Legal Studies course. It covers a general aspect of all legal matters related to business and in general. It's a great start for anyone considering law school. I actually have one of the professors who contributed to writing the book for my class - and he's probably one of the smartest faculty members at my school. It's well written and easy to understand. However, it's the size of a dictionary and probably weight close to 10 pounds.
Have fun!
it was ok February 28, 2010 M. Mac (SPARROWS POINT, MD, US) it's a book. it was a good price, it was used has some writing in it but a book is a book
bonus material February 8, 2009 Jen Smith (Torrence) The cost merely entitles one to a few more online study materials than they already provide for free. The online audio slidesl are a susinct overview of each chapter, useful for review and quick and convient (but as good as studying) for times when one hasn't studied sufficiently.
